Can I use my existing bed and box spring?

Yes. In fact, we even provide a box spring cover option to match your new Alfa mattress.

How can you sell your airbeds so much lower than other stores?

We specialize in the optimal mattress. No resources are wasted on other product lines that sacrifice price for luxury and comfort.

What payment methods do you accept?

How many days before my mattress will arrive?

Because we want you to start enjoying your new airbed system as soon as possible, we will normally have the bed shipped within five to six business days. Sometimes, the shipping department is overloaded with orders which may cause your shipment to be delayed a day or two. Customers usually have their entire order within 10 - 12 business days, it is usually sooner but we like to be on the safe side when dealing with UPS and freight companies. When placing your order, we will be glad to give you the approximate day your bed should ship.

How long will it take me to set up my new mattress?

Our airbed mattresses are very easy to set up normally taking between 15 to 25 minutes. The colored instruction packet comes with the mattress and can be found in the box.

What tools are needed to set up my new mattress?

No tools are needed. The Alfa Air Mattress is readily installed right out of the box.

Where does the pump go?

The pump is installed inside the mattress so you do not have to find a place to put it. This patented structure makes the Alfa Air Mattress easier to setup, more reliable, more durable, more accurate, safer, and cleaner than all other air mattresses.

What kind of sheets do I need with my new airbed?

Our mattresses are 12 inches high and require deep-pocket sheets which are easy to find and usually cost only a couple dollars more than regular sheets.

Do I need to be home to receive the mattress?

We suggest that someone be there to receive your new mattress. Fedex/UPS usually tries 2-3 times before requiring you to pick up packages from their nearest processing facility.

Will the mattress pop?

Your mattress will not pop through normal use. The air pump has a built-in protection feature that prevents air chamber over-inflation. The air chambers are made to withstand up to 1500 pounds so they are extremely strong. You also don't need to worry about any animals or children puncturing the mattress because the air chambers are infused with woven polyester and are protected by the mattress cover and multiple layers of foam. Basically, the only way to pop the mattress would be to stab it with a knife.

Is the mattress safe for kids?

Absolutely! All materials are chemical-free and fire retardant. The zippers are also concealed between the top and bottom mattress covers. All electrical components are hidden within the mattress and the electrical plug is hidden beneath the mattress. The air mattress also does not have springs, so children will not have fun trying to jump on the bed. This means that all exposed mattress parts are soft and safe to everyone, including children and pets.

How safe is it to order online?

Can my order be shipped to an address other than my billing address?

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.
To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
